It all began with a sketch on a napkin that was translated using 3DS Max into renderings. Its elegance has aroused the curiosity of internet browsing bike lovers worldwide. Its curved black matte body with inset minimalist details – like flush LED lighting and a fully digital dashboard display – could catch anyone’s attention.

The dashboard is a triangular-shaped display that shows necessary data like battery charge status and speed. Aside from that and what you can see in the pictures, there’s no other information available.

The main question everyone’s been asking is, ‘what’s the bike’s turning capacity?’ Because it doesn’t look like it can turn, judging from the renderings. The designer said that the entire front of the Mimic turns, but the rotation angle is tiny. For now, the concept is purely aesthetic; its functionality needs more work.
